Feature Dog

“The shy cuddler & the adventurous player”

Sam & Sandy are the perfect duo! While both are shy at first, they are quick to warm up.

Sam is the more shy of the two. However, when he warms up to you, he is the biggest snuggle bug. He will curl up in your lap and pull your hand to scratch his belly. When he trusts you enough, he will trust-fall into your arms exposing prime belly for the best rubs!

Sandy, on the other hand, is the brave adventurer. No sniff will go unsnuffed when she is in the room! She is also a fabulous kisser & will shower you with love. She is the more playful of the two. She loves stuffed toys and zooming around the room.

They both compliment each other beautifully. They each bring personalities & love certain to give you the best of both worlds.

We love them & know you will too!

They are both spayed/neutered, current on vaccines and flea, tick, heartworm prevention. The adoption fee is $140 for both.

Featured Cat

Hi there. Don't mind me. I'm just lounging in MY area enjoying the new shelves the Boy Scouts built for ME. I'm Tina, a one year old domestic shorthair. If you have a sunroom or a big window for me to lounge in, then you're my dream come true. I do come up to greet people when they come into MY area and will accept any lovin' they want to give me, but don't expect me to jump in your lap looking for lovin' - until I get to know you real well. I get along with my roommates here, so there is no problem with other furbabies. I even allow them to sun with me in MY patio.

Our Staff

It is Second Chance's goal to provide healthy and adoptable animals to the public. We do not take animals from the public, we rescue from local city shelters. All of the animals that we rescue from those shelters will stay at our facility or in foster homes until they get adopted. While the animals are here, it is very important that they receive the highest level of veterinary and emotional care as possible. Our staff is dedicated to the care and well being of all of our animals. We enjoy taking the time out of our day to get to know each animals quirks, pros and cons to ensure the right home for the animals and the right animal for the potential adopter. Our staff also works as team to ensure the cleanliness of our facility. To the staff here at Second Chance, this isn't just a job, it's our passion.
